Acres Collective was established to meet the needs of small business owners, especially dedicated real estate agents, who are seeking innovative marketing and business solutions to elevate their brand and grow their business.
Amy Christine Hyde founded Acres Collective in response to the significant gap in the market for strategic brand marketing, business planning, real estate assistant development, and business succession services tailored specifically toward real estate agents and expanded to include local small business owners. Acres stands for Amy Christine’s Real Estate Solutions, and Collective represents the tribe of growth-minded agents she works with.
With a California real estate license since 1997 and over two decades of hands-on, industry experience, Amy has consulted with hundreds of top-performing agents nationwide across multiple brokerages and has held her license at five different brokerages.
Having practiced herself, she understands the common challenges faced by to performers: limited time, lack of marketing expertise, and the absence of a strategic plan. In fact, she wrote Level Up Your Real Estate Business: The Modern Agent’s Roadmap for Success + Roadmap Companion in order to specifically help real estate agents transform their business by mastering best practices of top-performing agents such as business planning, brand marketing, targeted lead generation campaigns, content marketing, and optimization of their online presence in order to:

Her Level Up online courses are designed for both emerging and seasoned agents who want to level up their brand marketing game, something most agents don’t know enough or do enough. Amy enjoys working with like-minded real estate agents and local small business owners who understand businesses are built on strategic relationships with people, not solely focused on products or transactions. As a small business owner herself, she is especially passionate about helping fellow female entrepreneurs. She offers individual and group consulting services, a DIY book + companion playbook, and online courses - all with the sole purpose to help small business owners’ brand work for them 24/7.
She lives in Sonoma County with her darling King Charles Cavalier and loves everything the beautiful Bay Area has to offer from the mountains to the sea.
