Train Your Assistant Custom Program (2 Months)
If you don’t have the time or knowledge to train your assistant in managing your brand marketing, then let us take that off your plate and we’ll do the job with gusto!
Once we meet virtually with both you and your assistant and understand your key business goals and your assistant’s primary priorities, we will then create an 8 week program with weekly 45 minute meetings with your assistant over zoom. The assistant will have activities to work on throughout the week. We will continue to teach the assistant and assess the completion of their projects. We will provide feedback back to the agent at the end of the program.
Our goal is to have your assistant come quickly up to speed and implement effective marketing campaigns utilizing proven best practices from top-performing agents. We will work on marketing efforts such as a calendar, e-newsletters, blogs, optimization of your online presence, and track down and leverage client testimonials. We provide a supportive and encouraging environment for your assistant to make mistakes, ask questions, learn by trial and error, and help level up your brand quickly. Learnings include video tutorials, 1:1 meetings (45 minutes each week), and practical exercises and activities. The agent is invited to any and all weekly meetings but we encourage you to focus on sales while we help your assistant focus on creating a 24/7 brand marketing plan.
We will conduct a brand audit as well provide extensive resources (eg. trackers, processes, etc.) to the assistant.
